Black Manner ships worldwide.

Black Manner processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.

 Due to COVID 19 your delivery may take more time than usual.

Black Manner works with a partner responsible for printing and shipping our orders. We are in regular contact with them to get the latest information on what's going on. Our partner is still active and we continue to accept orders. Processing and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you.

Your support is important to us, especially during this period. Stay safe and take care of yourself.

We have several storage points : Canada, USA and Europe.                                                                                                             It's important to notice that the delivery time will depend on where your order is processed.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@blackmanner.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.

PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Orders processed with Paypal eCheck will be held until payment has been cleared.

CUSTOMS

Black Manner is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Black Manner is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Black Manner by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise.
