Black Manner processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.
Due to COVID 19 your delivery may take more time than usual.
Black Manner works with a partner responsible for printing and shipping our orders. We are in regular contact with them to get the latest information on what's going on. Our partner is still active and we continue to accept orders. Processing and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Black Manner by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise.
