THE IMPORTANCE OF THE YOUTH IN OUR SOCIETY
We want to focus today on the importance of the youth in our society. We mainly chose this article because the youth is an important part of the society, but more particularly the fact that the afro youth is our main target of the products that we offer.
Being a brand that wants to highlight the Afro youth, we consider the importance to focus our point of view on these actors, in order to show you their impact in the society in which we live. For us and as most people also think, youth is the future of tomorrow. From an early age, we can notice their involvement in the society, they can change the world with many innovate ideas and for most of them are endowed with many talents.
Despite all of this, it's also the role of the society to educate this youth, because they are the adults of tomorrow. However, some young people may face certain discrimination, in particular young girls. We will discuss more about our point of view in the section bellow, so good reading to all !
THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE YOUTH IN OUR SOCIETY
The best moment to involve the youth in the society would be adolescence. Adolescence is a good time to make young people assimilate the important things in a society. The two things that are most important to us are : teamwork and respect for each other.
First of all, teamwork, because we have to make young people understand that, in order to develop a better world, this must be done together. It is therefore important to teach the youth how to unite and work together, so as to be able to progress in society. We can take the example of young people, who from an early age join sports clubs, where they do not have the choice of playing as a team. They must therefore get to know about each other, set up collective strategies, in order to be able to win over their opponents, all with respect.

As a second point to raise precisely "respect", but here we will rather evoke respect towards each other. It is important to respect those with whom we live in society. Respect is an important value in the society, see rather " fundamental ". Respecting others is to establish a certain favorable mood for the advancement.
However, the major involvement of the youth in society remains in "voluntary" form. It's a movement that we appreciate a lot, because thanks to volunteering, we mainly make young people aware of helping others without waiting anything in return. Don't forget that, nowadays nothing is free. Many young people are part of volunteer programs, so as to make advance their society without expecting anything in return. Many must follow this action, who has to develop their society without necessarily being on the lookout for a financial reward.

Nowadays young people are gifted with talents, with many ingenious ideas. Whether in the world of music, the entrepreneurial world, politics... we find young enthusiasts, dedicated to success. Succeed not necessarily for them, but eventually to move society forward. Nowadays, compared to the time, it is easier to change our world. Today we have technologies that didn't exist before, and young people know how to use it well. As noted above, young people are endowed with many talents, as for example in the world of music.
It's important to evoke the world of music, because the music of young people today speaks a lot, and carries inspiring and stimulating messages.
APPARENT DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN YOUNG GIRLS AND YOUNG BOYS
In some parts of the world, girls are deprived of education from an early age. Unfortunately, in some societies, some judge girls like those who must just have to take care of a household, and not like those who can possibly be important actors for the change of our society. The numbers are alarming in 2020 : 132 millions of girls aged from 6 to 17 years old are still out of school, 63 % of illiterate adults in the world are women, 64 millions girls are forced into forced labor (source : PLAN INTERNATIONAL).
Girls are deprived of an education because of their female gender. This can be justified by certain reasons such as cultural traditions, poverty (some women with limited incomes will find it more important to educate their boy), early marriages or pregnancies which will force some girls to educate their child. This non-education therefore causes a handicap for young girls who will be inferior to boys, and also with the lack of schooling can find it difficult to get out of poverty. This can have serious consequences for their mental health.
It's a shame, because today we have women who are at the head of high institutions, like for example Ellen Johnson Sirleaf who was in 2006 the first woman elected to the universal suffrage at the head of an African state, or even Michelle Obama who was a lawyer and then senator in Illinois, and of corse as you all know the first African-American lady to the United States of America during the presidential elections won by her husband Barack Obama in 2008.

We believe that the role of women in our society should not be limited to maintaining a home. Young women like young men also have their place in our society. The word is changing, and we hope, mentalities will also change in order to eradicate this discrimination between man and women on the educational level, but also on the societal level.
In this article itself, we wanted to show the potential and especially the importance of youth for the development of our society. Every young person of today is an adult of tomorrow, hence the importance from an early age of acquiring a good foundation in order to be ready to lead and change the world.
